Return policy
For this product, we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Please use the form on the Contact page to send us a message or email us at thehobbypoint@outlook.com, including your order number and reason for the return. We will contact you about the address where you have to send back the package and the date by which you need to send it back.
You will then have 14 days to package the product (preferably) in the box in which it was sent and send it back to us. When we receive the product and check that it is in the same state as it was when you received it, we will issue a refund and let you know when you should expect your money back.
Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs incurred when you return your product.
